Submitting a pitch is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Publishing and development services
Where you pay us for services, you can get a full refund if you cancel before production begins. Once production has started, you are entitled to a partial refund for work that has not yet been completed. Stages of work that have already been delivered are not refundable. Your signed agreement with Prosy Group LLC sets out the stages and governs the details.

How to request a refund
To request a refund for a service, message us in the Authors Portal. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used to pay your invoice.
