Yozo Press is a trading name of Prosy Group LLC ("we", "us"). When you use this website, submit a pitch or work with us, you are contracting with Prosy Group LLC.

By using this website or submitting a pitch, you agree to these terms. If you are submitting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age where you live.

We offer editorial review of manga, comic and graphic novel pitches free of charge, and, by invitation, publishing and development services under separate written agreements. Submitting a pitch does not guarantee acceptance, publication or any further offer.

Author and staff accounts are created by invitation. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not misuse the service, including by: using it for anything unlawful; fraud or spam; submitting work that infringes anyone else's intellectual property; or interfering with security, including uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities or scraping the site.

We own this website, its software, design and the Yozo Press brand. You keep ownership of the work you submit. You give us a limited licence to store, read and share your submission internally solely to review it. Any rights beyond that are only granted in a separately signed agreement.

Submitting a pitch is free. If your project is accepted for a paid service, such as a Tier II development contract, we will send you a written quote for that specific project. Once you agree, we invoice you directly through a third-party invoicing provider, and payment terms are set out in the quote and your signed agreement.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

We work to keep the site running well but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If your access ends, we may delete your submissions and messages after a reasonable period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Prosy Group LLC is registered. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
